Farm to Table Culinary Kids Camp with Susan Gouveia – Fall 2019
This international food themed culinary camp will turn your kids into healthy foodies!
Spanish Tapas, Latin American, Asian and Italian Cuisine will be chopped, cooked & created with Chef Gouveia’s instruction & fresh ingredients from the Garden Goddess Farm.
Your student chefs will bring home a 2-course meal sampler for the family each day of this camp (Specialty Salad or Soup & Main Entree). It will serve up to a family of four all sent in to-go containers!
Available to incoming 3rd Grade through 12th Grade.
Held at Garden Goddess Farm in Alta Sierra. Kids will be divided into age groups at the site and given age appropriate instruction.
SESSIONS:
Mondays in September: 9, 16, 23, 30 – Boys, all Ages
Tuition: $140/session, $45 materials fee
Wednesdays in September: 4, 11, 18, 25 – Girls, all Ages
Tuition: $140/session, $45 materials fee
Tuesdays in October: 1, 8, 15, 29 – Boys & Girls, all Ages
Tuition: $140/session, $45 materials fee
Nov 5, 12, 18: Healthy Fall Comfort Food & Holiday Dishes – Boys & Girls, all Ages
Tuition: $140/session, $45 materials fee
This Camp will run from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm on the days listed above, for each of the age and gender categories.
