2011Seaweed & Yam Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 small yam (grated),
- 4 oz rehydrated/soaked seaweed,
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar,
- 2 tbsp maple syrup,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- sesame seeds & parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Grate yam. Add to soaked & drained seaweed. Add rice vinegar, maple syrup & salt.
Mix and garnish with sesame seeds & parsley
