Seaweed & Yam Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small yam (grated),
  • 4 oz rehydrated/soaked seaweed,
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar,
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup,
  • 1/2 tsp salt,
  • sesame seeds & parsley for garnish

Preparation:
Grate yam. Add to soaked & drained seaweed. Add rice vinegar, maple syrup & salt.
Mix and garnish with sesame seeds & parsley
